The sands of Tybee Island, Georgia protect the city of Savannah. The beauty of this place is mixed with native american lore and modern military stories. It's location is both beautiful and strategic in both the natural and built environment.
Captureing this photograph, I was intrigued with the patterns of the sand dunes and the sea grass risiing from them. The wind, making the grass sway, and the rolling dunes against the Atlantic ocean was a very peaceful moment and stays in my memory.
